The masks were scheduled to be delivered to everyone from the end of Golden Week, but due to several changes in regulations in China, it took a long time for the 100,000 masks we had procured to pass through Chinese customs. Sorry for the delay in shipping.

I would like to tell you specifically about the cause of the logistics delay.

Priority is given to customs clearance for relief supplies from overseas aid and medical supplies, and other items such as face masks for the general public have been postponed. In addition, regulations were strengthened three times in April (4/1, 4/10, 4/26) for product quality control. Due to this, customs clearance has become stricter, and distribution companies have been forced to respond to the changes, creating a state of confusion. Due to this regulation, documents that were not required until now are required, and the factory is responding to the new regulations, etc., and the situation is quite unstable.

Also, on the Japanese side, Kansai Airport receives medical supplies with priority, and other luggage is in a waiting state. For that reason, a lot of cargo is flying to Tokyo, but it seems that this is also in a state of congestion due to being sent in large quantities.

Due to this situation, logistics companies are currently unable to deliver their packages, so the warehouse is in a state of exhaustion, and the logistics cost has risen 3-4 times.

Also, Golden Week will soon be upon us, so there will be more people sending before the holidays, making delivery even more difficult.

Therefore, we will use EMS shipping and domestic warehouse shipping depending on the delivery date.

Regarding the delivery date, there is a possibility that it will be slightly delayed, but we would appreciate your understanding as it is a response to sudden changes.

Also, if you purchased a mask and hand gel at the same time, we will deliver them separately for shipping reasons.

Some of the hand gels that you ordered earlier have been shipped today. The rest will be shipped after GW. We are still accepting reservations, so please consider it.
